Arkessa CEO Update: COVID-19

Following the briefing by the UK government last night to announce new restrictions for businesses and individuals, we wanted to touch base with our valued customers, suppliers and partners.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been personally impacted by the pandemic and we are grateful to the frontline workers who continue to work tirelessly to protect our communities and save lives.

In-line with government advice, we formally invoked our Business Continuity Plan earlier this month, postponing all non-essential business travel and enabling the majority of the Arkessa team to work remotely. A core team of office-based staff have been operating safely at Arkessa HQ to ensure full continuity of service and an increased capacity for accessing network resources.

All of our meetings have become virtual, and we are embracing this way of communicating with our colleagues and partners – thank you all for doing the same.

All of our efforts have been focussed on delivering business as usual, and we are working closely with our partners and suppliers to continue to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers, and to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum. We are grateful of your understanding, and we will continue to keep lines of communication open with you all.
