Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI designer to join the Product team. You will be a team player, problem solver and be familiar working with Agile development practices. You will be willing to help build and maintain our design system and always drive to deliver excellent user-centred work.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a UI designer to join our team in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire (initially home-based). This position is full time, on a temporary 12-month basis.

You will need to ensure any data, research or customer feedback is carefully investigated, documented and thought about before feeding it into the user experience. You will have great communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

  • Active involvement in Product delivery
  • Managing design quality assurance processes
  • Helping to manage design feedback both internally and via customers
  • Working with the Product manager to ensure requirements are met
  • Always having the user at the forefront of all designs
  • Ability to organise and keep track of tasks and maintain design file structure
  • Work together with the organisation to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information assets
