Numerex Corp (NASDAQ: NMRX) is a leading North American provider of machine-to-machine (M2M) business services, technology, and products used in the development and support of M2M solutions for the enterprise and government markets worldwide. The company signed an agreement with Arkessa in May 2011 that enables Arkessa’s European customers to carry services into North America while enabling Numerex’s customers to use the same products and services available to them in USA, throughout Europe. It also means that, in time, both partners’ customers will be able to manage their European and North American connections via a single control platform.
